I ordered a helmet and shipping was fast. Tried it on—fit perfectly. Took it out for a ride, and finally, no more “mushroom head.” I was happy.
A few days later, I got an email asking for a review. I wrote back saying the helmet is great, but there’s a small part that’s peeling off. No hassle—they just asked me to send a picture. Within four or five hours, I got a reply: “We’ll send you a brand new one.” No questions, no hoops to jump through.
That kind of service is rare these days. They didn’t just meet my expectations—they blew me away. The helmet’s awesome, and the company stands behind their product. I love it.

I ordered this helmet in a M. When arrived did not fit as expected. Contacted the company and they sent out the L right away. The exchange process was simple and quick. Once I got the L it fit perfect and extremely light weight and comfortable for those long rides.

Love the look and the fit ! My only suggestions is that the strap would have been better if it was a little softer so it doesn't chafe your face, but other than that it’s something that I would definitely buy again. I wish they had it at stores so I can actually try it on coz it cost 25 dollars to return and exchange.

The helmet is great! Fits nice forward and backwards as stated. Make sure you have the strap tightened down good if you are wearing it forwards, because if you go over 40 it grabs the wind! But 10/10 I would recommend this baseball style helmet to anyone. Thanks Biker Beanie for a great product!

Did not fit right, not wrong size just your shape. Didn't wanna refund me but egged me on to either keep it with 30% off or exchange it. So I exchanged it and what I got is so cheap and flimsy. Not sure how it's DOT approved. Maybe for a bicycle helmet! I'll never purchase anything there again or send anywhere to purchase anything. Bad products and horrible customer service!

Was a little tight in the front of helmet but I trimmed a 1/8” to 3/16” out of it, fits great. I’ve got a big ole head!!!

I requested a refund because I didn’t like the helmet and the response I got was “they’d give me 15% back and I could keep the helmet”… why would I keep the helmet if I didn’t like it? Then their response was “40% is the best we can do” to which I replied I would just leave bad reviews that they don’t stand behind their products because even they don’t want it back…. Would not recommend this company.

When I first received the package in the mail, I was confused as to what it was. There was no way this was a helmet. It was way too light! Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and there it was. A Medium sized Baseball hat style helmet. This thing is SO COOL! and SOOOO LIGHT! The only problem was I shouldve measured better...I had to send it back to swap for an XL. I only sent it back a couple days ago so I havent received the new one yet, but I was told via email that as soon as they get this Medium back, theyll send the XL. So maybe Ill give an updated review once I can actually fit my giant dome in it.

I reached out to return helmet. Was responded back to that day asking me to choose another instead. When I responded with the helmet I would like to exchange for no one responded. This was 2-3 weeks ago now. And have not heard anything further. Thought it was going to be good customer service but was not.

The helmet hurt my head. Helmet came in a circle and not oval so all it does is sqeeze the front and backnof my head. Not really sure why it was not in the proper shape. Very disappointed.

Head measurement was “between sizes” so I followed the suggestion of the sizing guidelines and ordered the smaller size. Big mistake! I forced myself to wear it for a week, because the website said it would conform with wear. I’m certain that I would have had an aneurism before it ever fit! I ordered a different helmet from another website/company. It fits perfectly.

Very light weight and no mushroom head. I like that I can wear it with either the brim forward or backwards.
At high speeds, I do recommend having the bill towards the back, does pull on your head at 90MPH...
