Shipped out as soon as the next business week hit on Monday and was supposed to show up by a certain day and even with some weather delay it showed up two days ahead of time.
Fit is awesome, I use it everyday now and am loving it. Color matches the bike ,
The only thing I had to get use to was the padding for the helmet was a little to stiff
But , a couple days of riding and that disappears.

I’m not to leave reviews but this helmet definitely deserves it. Ordered this helmet and as soon as it came in I sent it off for custom pinstripes. Fast forward 05/26/24 my very first time wearing my new helmet started out as a beautiful day riding the bikes to Biloxi to have lunch and take some pics on the coast. The day ended in tragedy as we lost a very good friend however this helmet saved my life. I don’t exaggerate to make things sounds worse than they were we were going 85 mph on the interstate and didn’t have enough time to slow down. Buy the helmet.
the fitment is horrible, this is supposed to be a low profile fitment and it just doesn't. sincerely it was a waste of my money... Looks horrible. the advertisement is a complete joke and completely false. it fits just like it says it wouldn't. Mushroom head
The refund policy is terrible. I ordered a helmet that unfortunately didn’t fit, which is understandable—that happens with online purchases. The problem was trying to return it.
It took over 2.5 weeks just to get the return process moving. The customer service phone number was completely useless because every time I called, it was busy. I then had to use their email support, which feels more like a customer service portal where your message just gets buried and you hope someone eventually responds. It even took more than two days just to receive the initial reply.
A company selling helmets should have a simple, responsive return process since fit is critical. The customer service and refund process need major improvements.
I wish it was smaller, but it is smaller than the previous helmet (Outside Circumference is 5" less). The inside is too tight although I DID order the right size. It fits my wife so it's hers. I'm ordering another this week one size larger.

Helmet is extremely light which makes it feel cheap. The helmet sits way too high on the head. Gives the mushroom head look. I ordered the same size in CM that I have ordered from other helmet companies but this fit tight.
