I finally used on trip from North Carolina to Sturgis Kentucky. Love the helmet. But, I took off helmet and strapped it to my bags on motorcycle when I got into Kentucky on Thursday. Went to head home this morning and the metal piece that slides into ratchet was missing. I didn’t check this piece and not sure how it fell off. I didn’t check have a 3/4 helmet with me to use on way home. Can I get a replacement piece for my helmet strap? Thank you, Mike Plemons

Love the helmet. My only complaint, and I know for DOT purpose’s or whatever it must be displayed outside the helmet, but just add a dope sticker with the order lol. That way I can cover that DOT badge that’s in the middle of my forehead lol.

I don’t usually take the time to review a product, but in this particular case, I feel compelled to do so. I ran into an issue since I put the wrong address on the helmet to be delivered. their customer service responded immediately when I said I hadn’t received the helmet and aggressively we’re trying to help locate it for me.. at the time I wasn’t aware or it had been misdelivered and they asked me to just ask my neighbors which I did to no avail. They immediately responded to my answer, looking into their shipping service.. I was actually awaiting this helmet. It was a third one I bought, but each time one of my friends saw it. they loved it so much. I ordered two more and gave them to my friends a I kid you’not that’s how much I like his helmet.. so after giving two to my friends, the one I meant to keep for myself runs into problems based on my address issue. I explained the helmet is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been riding for 30 years and have every type of helmet from my first carbon fiber Scully to all types of helmets in between.,It’s reversible and when you have a visor out front, clip in front prevents the helmet from lifting at all.. The picture I shared was taken 8/2 yesterday at a charity ride I didn’t have time to do anything to it no stickers just pure helmet and I gotta say it doesn’t do it justice. It doesn’t sit nearly as high as it looks in that picture ,my girlfriend took it from a weird ankle, but trust me it doesn’t look nearly that high.. I have an enormous head lol and the double XL fits great and looks awesome. Beanie helmets was a pleasure to deal with and insured. I got the proper attention and my helmet was located and received even though no fault of their own. I see many of my other riding buddies getting these for Christmas presents since everyone’s reluctant to buy a dot helmet for fear of appearance but once they try it, they’re gonna love it.. I received my new helmet shortly before a long road trip. The trip was to South Georgia in the heat of June and I was concerned about weight and comfort of every piece of gear.
